Your mission:

As an Integration Specialist, your goal will be to offer an exceptional customer experience!
You’ll have a front-row seat for integrating customers to our collaborative construction project management platform.

Your day-to-day:

  • Closely assist customers throughout their integration journey, enabling them to gain in efficiency and feel the difference in their daily processes;
  • Participate in brainstorms and workshops to set up a methodology for monitoring new users’ experience with our platform features, in order to continuously improve our integration process;
  • Test best practices based on ongoing improvements to the platform by our development team;
  • Use your creativity and resourcefulness to structure follow-up tools, information distribution, and integration and ongoing training programs;
  • Participate in feedback sessions and focus groups to learn about the benefits and challenges identified by the collaborators invited to use the platform;
  • Learn new methods and hone your skills through experience-sharing with Dreeven team members and their respective activities.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Positive, organized, determined, visionary, resourceful, autonomous, versatile and rigorous;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English and in French;
  • Keen interest in technology and digital tools;
  • Excellent teaching skills and ability to synthesize complex information;
  • Strong background in customer service and experience;
  • Experience in customer integration or learning programs;
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office and Google suites (in a Windows or IOS environment, whichever you prefer);
  • Asset: knowledge of the construction industry;
  • Asset: experience with CRM software such as Zoho, as well as ERP systems;
  • Asset: experience with explainer video editing programs such as Camtasia or Synthesia.

Qualifications and requirements:

The objective: Enable product evolution to consolidate and grow Dreeven’s market. Customers are very generous and available to share their methods and explain their issues and needs. The potential for creation is infinite, since nothing officially exists yet to support them intuitively! Main tasks:
  • Lead and support the product development team (UI/UX designer) in relation with customers and the development team;
  • Interfacing with the development team to: – monitor product development progress – be available to the team to clarify needs and – help solve implementation issues
  • Monitor and maintain the product development roadmap over time, using the tools already in place (craft.io and Jira);
  • You’ll be able to hone your skills through experience-sharing with members of the Dreeven team and their activities.
Qualifications and requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English;
  • Experience in IT product management ;
  • Asset: Experience in leading a product development team;
  • Asset: Experience with Zoho (desk), Jira, Figma software suites;

We are looking for a Senior Web Developer Full Stack, Ruby on Rails.

Main tasks:
  • Participate in the design process and implementation of new functionalities;
  • Program tests;
  • Participate in code revisions of pull requests.
Qualifications and requirements:
  • Self-taught, curious, like to learn new web technologies;
  • Enjoy test development and pair programming;
  • 3-5 years with Ruby on Rails (5.1) or any other MVC framework;
  • VueJS, React or experience with any other compatible framework;
  • CSS3 / SASS / HTML5;
  • Responsive design with Flexbox, CSS Grid
  • TDD (Test Driven Development) with rspec/Selenium/Capybara/Git
